and what Plusnet can provide in the  Offers and upgrades  section of the Members Centre  ?

tried this at another address also still same speed so I assume this is the max offered

You appear to be able to get faster speeds, but not from PlusNet.

The data you posted shows two products - FTTC and g.Fast (a version of FTTC).

Unfortunately for you PN doesn't offer g.Fast products and I suspect they have no plans to do so (though you never know). You'd need to move to an ISP who does offer g.Fast at the end of your contract. You might be able to move to BT sooner if PN agree to waive early termination charges but you'd need to speak to a staff member first.

I'd recommend looking at  Pulse8 G-Fast  (then click on the G-Fast tab at the top of the table)

                      "P8G.Fast Home"  = 160Mbps/30Mbps  for £48/month

        "P8G.Fast Ultimate Home"  = 330Mbps/50Mbps  for £57/month
