frequent connection drops

I'm not sure if it's just wifi, it looks like it might be as the router reconnects pretty quickly.

 

When I check it light is flashign orange and then it flicks back to blue and we're back in business. However, this has happened several times in the last couple of hours and I noticed it last night as well so it's probably been doig it all day while I've been at work.

This is not a WiFi problem, you have a network problem. Report it at https://faults.plus.net.

I'm really sorry to hear of the drops you've been experiencing with your connection and for the disruption this has caused, I'd like to help get this sorted for you!

 

 I can certainly see the drops happening this side though testing hasn't detected what may be causing this so we will need to look at sending an engineer.
