Strange, Although it may not help, can you post your Hubs 'Status' page - assuming you are using a PN Hub2?

From that, you are connected at close to the maximum - for 35 days - so something looks rather strange must be happening, although I admit I can't think what, to be honest. Maybe one of the other Community members, if they see this, can throw some light on it.
BTW, you appear to have two Community accounts, which is against forum rules.

Can you post a screen shot of the Hubs >Advanced Setting >Technical log please. Make sure you hide you broadband username. The Technical Log gives more information of your connection and usage compared to the Status page.

Further to my post last night looking at your speedtest you have some latency
Yellow = Idle latency
Blue = download
Purple = upload
Was your home network busy when you performed the speedtest, as for an accurate test you should use a wired connection with no other applications using the internet running on any device. Bandwidth can only be used once
Slow upload might be caused by devices saving to a cloud device, One drive, iCloud, google drive.
Are you still having slow uploads?

I know, I couldn't get signed in and it wouldn't accept my 2 email addresses either, this is my work one (also against the rules) if I could delete this one I would, but failed with password resets etc., to get back into my normal one!
Just call me useless!

@stewart_borland Try a speed test with only one device on an ethernet connection, with wi-fi turned off on the router. Your connection speeds are maximum. The symptoms are consistent with something consuming the upload bandwidth as suggested by @Dan_the_Van in message#10.
