a few days ago our old cable from the openreach master socket to the plushub 2 so we had to swap out to a new cable, we swapped to an old cable that was limited at 10mbps speed, so we then swapped to a new one we brought, however our speeds have stayed low,
we used to get 41mbps but after swapping wires a few times we are now locked at 18mbps, we need the DLM to be reset so we are back on an open line as there is no fault it was just a bunch of swapping cables
