Can't change from dynamic to static IP

I have a business account and want to change to a static IP address. However, after I click the button to switch to static, it takes me to a blank page and does nothing. I've tried restarting my router and my PC but it makes no difference. How can I fix this?

Thanks for getting in touch, I should be able to sort this out for you. Are you after a single static IP, or a block of 4 / 8 ?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
