We just spoken with <redacted> and she has told us this is not possible, to quote -

Following our conversation I have double checked with a manger to see if we can transfer your referral to another account and he said we are unable to complete this request because the referral are link to your old and account and the customer account you referred to.

Please make contact with us to find a suitable resolution.

Hey @Username, we can get your referrals transferred to your new  account. There is a couple of rules around this. Your new account has to be open within 90 days and your old account still has to be active. 

This is something I can do once the new account is set up, I can complete the transfer from Biz or Res and before closing the Biz account down I can do the referral transfer first.

If you can drop me a private message with the new username and then I can get this sorted for you.
