Anybody got any suggestions how I contact someone on the business support team.
I have spent ages listening to "music" and/or ring tone, but never get to speak to anyone.
I got an email a while back saying that the business broadband service is going to cease and, very helpfully?, an email address for someone at EE I can contact. Despite 3 emails I have not had a reply and getting very frustrated.
Any suggestions how to get a response?

OK, great!
I received an email a few weeks ago saying that our Business Broadband service was going to be stopped as Plusnet will no longer be offering this.
I need to know when the service will stop and when we need to have got an alternative sorted out.

You don't contact business support they don't exist, you contact BT (well they connect you anyway) and go no thankyou I'll find another provider.
The wait time earlier was over an hour BTW.
BT know most people will just move and pay more as its effort to switch providers but honestly as they are forcing you to move anyone just move away from BT they have passion finger and expensive ones at that.

@MysteryMan1 I wish we had an answer but at this moment we haven't had it confirmed unfortunately. Once we do we will communicate it out to you guys via email and we will let you know the next steps that need to happen.

I've been told by a BT sales rep earlier today on the business team, that "IT IS September" on the phone, as last year you said by next November!
But this whole think seems like a massive cockup so who knows if it will stay like that.
