COT and Sales opening times

Hi all,
Following a review of the calls coming in to us we're making some changes that impact customers calling in to Customer Options (cancellations) and Sales teams.
The hours these departments will be open are changing on the 1st December to the hours shown below.
Customer Options (cancellations):
Mon - Fri 8am – 8pm
Sat 9am – 7pm
Sun 9am – 6pm
Sales:
Mon - Fri 8am – 8pm
Sat 9am – 7pm
Sun 9am – 6pm
These hours should allow us to answer the calls coming in more efficiently over the opening hours.
