Or as per my previous post, we could start a new thread.
This thread is about the Community Site Maintenance.

If you separate them out, you will end up with two lists of priorities... Which list would have the highest priority?

This thread is about the Community Site Maintenance.

Then wouldn't that belong in the Community Site and Forums section rather than feedback?

Re: Community Site Maintenance 11th June

This thread, I was referring to, is about the Community Site Maintenance, it was made an announcement as it could cause problems for customers to access the site.
The other thread you've linked to, doesn't just have priorities on it, but happy to move it into the Feedback section if we feel that it would be better placed there?

Re: Community Site Maintenance 11th June

Chris,
I'm not going to pick a fight with you in your final days here, but there have been a number of "what do you think the priority list ought to be" which the other two CP's have (many be understandably due to a lack of resources and management support) not had time to examine and prioritise.
The good folk who have kept this boat afloat are moving on; there's a new broom and it's their responsibility to pick up those existing lists and do something with them before forum members are asked to start creating new ones.  Jess has run her flag up the pole. It now needs to be saluted!
As for the forum specifically - just fix the variable performance.  Some changes were made a few weeks back which made a marked difference but looked like the double posting logic became a bit over zealous and the improvements got regressed.  Don't know what happened to that activity, but may be it needs revisiting.  Personally if I'm giving my time for free here, I'd like it not to be wasted / hampered by a treacle like response over my 5Mbps line, to say nothing of OldJim's 3Mbps line!

Re: Community Site Maintenance 11th June

Whilst what you say is true Chris, I think that the reason that this thread has been picked up is because the previous maintenance announced here had bugger all effect or was only a temporary fix and it urgently needs resolving.
I honestly don't think starting another thread will make much difference. I think we are just moaning in as many high visibility places as possible because Plusnet really MUST put this at the top of the priority list aside of issues that seriously affect Network performance or incorrect (over-charging) Customer billing and Getting Call centre times down. I think you guys know only too well where the main issues lie and where the priorities need to be.
What I am not convinced about is that this not so new CEO has a clue and his only concern is getting more customers which is only making existing issues far worse.

Fair point, I'll continue to monitor this thread.
