You have been notified well in advance http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,108438.0.html and have you checked the email address you registered here (login required). If you still haven't got the email then you need to raise a ticket so Plusnet investigate. Select >Telephone Services (under Customer Services) then >I have a question about something not listed, and then enter the relevant information about not having received the email.

@notamused
We put a message on our website in the signup journey so that when new customers registered they were told straight away. Unfortunately there's always a cut-off point and from the sound of it you signed up just before we put that message up, hence having to send you the email.

Thanks Kevin, will look into it.

Quick update folks ...
For those of you that haven't yet received an email from us, worry not.
There are a small number of customers who we're yet to contact who are going to see the changes take effect at the end of November/early December rather than the 18th.
I'd like to assure every customer, missed in the original mailing, that they will be contacted directly and given the necessary time frame before any price increase is applied to their account.
I'd urge anybody who hasn't yet received an email to firstly check the contact email address you have registered with us. You should also check for a copy of the notice here. You need to search for closed questions within a date range starting 10th September until now.
If there's no record of the notice then you're one of the customers who can expect to hear from us shortly.

Re: Home Phone price changes - October 2012

Does that include people who have already bought the LRS,  or will that automatically exclude us as it's no longer relevant.
Edit:  Having just received the email,  It obviously does!

Finally got the email today, thanks, confirming that the first month's increase will be credited the following month because of the late notice. Probably irrelevant for me as I have already renewed LRS at the current rate.
