Following from both Matt and Dan's introductions, I thought I would pop on and introduce myself as well.
My name is Alex and I've been at Plusnet for just under 2 years! I have been part of the Complaints team for several months now and I'm a bit of a Provisioning and Customer Service expert.
I'm very much looking forward to getting to know you all and helping everyone to the best of my ability.

That's 3 new guys this week. I'm wondering if you've been rushed in due to the extream CRT staff shortage this week? It's tough out here, but it can be fun.

Thanks, it had crossed my mind... Though "guys" seems to have lost its gender association these days. Every waiter seems to refer to all customers as "guys" which when I was in the trade I had to constantly berate staff from doing!
