Afternoon everybody!
My name is Jack and I've recently moved onto the Customer Relations Team here at Plusnet!
I've been here for just over 3 years now and spent equal time working in Customer Service and Technical support.
I'm looking forward to getting stuck in on the forums (particularly with the Techy/Gamer type stuff ;D) and getting to know you all!
