Introduction - Matty

Good morning everybody!

In order not to be outdone by my fellow colleague Jack, I thought I'd introduce myself as well!
My name is Matty, and I have now worked at Plusnet for just over a year and a half. My time has been equally spent in Customer Service and Provisioning.
I like to think that I'm a bit of a specialist when it comes to provisioning of FTTP, in fact a fair few of you may have already seen a couple of my posts in our dedicated FTTP forum. However I can also assist with BT Sport, and any of your provisioning issues.
I'm looking forward to liaising with the great community we have here and getting to know you all.

Welcome to the front line. It is really good to have another provisioning specialist along side Linn to address all the failures in BT's side of the ordering systems which bring disgruntled new users flocking to the forums. Order failures create a really bad first impression, so another sets of hands capable of catching failures in the ordering process is warmly welcomed.
