New traffic management hardware

Hi all,
Tomorrow morning we'll be enabling one of our gateways (PCL-AG01) to exclusively use this new platform.
We're letting you know this for several reasons, however two of the most prominent are that you guys here will be able to help us spot any possible issues with the service and also that (we hope) you'll deliberately be connecting to PCL-AG01 to let us know what you think of it
Any questions please post them in this thread and we'll do what we can to answer. Thanks very much.

Should we gateway hop tomorrow or tonight to get on that gateway?

We dont plan to be disconnecting any users as part of the work so whichever is more convenient for you.

Just tried about a dozen hops and am now giving up

I tried way more than a dozen times and have given up.
Edit: Is it significant that Jim and I are in a similar area of the country?

Took about 10 tries this morning.

I've also managed to connect after five or six attempts.

Morning all, it went without a hitch so all's good from our side of things so should be the same here too - hope that's the case?

Is this new traffic management going to ensure that information arriving at VMBU is categorised correctly

Everything should still be classified in the same way it was previously, if something classified wrong let us know and wireshark it if possible and we'll take a look.

Any one managed to get onto PCL-AG01 and has a TBB graph?
