The About Plusnet links at the bottom of all Community pages include one for "Accessibility" which leads to
http://community.plus.net/accessibility/
Unfortunately clicking that gives a "Page not found" error.

Another thread is asking for a fax number for a deaf person, there doesnt seem to be one
