Add "Show unread posts since last visit" link to bottom of threads

I always use the view unread posts since last visit to quickly check if there is anything i wish to read.
However when going from there to a post I obviously finish up at the bottom of the thread and then need to scroll back up to the top to click on the link again.
Adding the link at the bottom would be a big advantage.

Firefox and newer versions of IE have the option to open a link in a window tab using the middle mouse click - this is what I used and I just keep middle clicking down the list before starting to read the open tabs.

Just hit the home key on the keyboard, saves all that scrolling.

In the case of tabs - I already use the middle button and that is certainly one way round the problem.
Home key does absolutely nothing in Firefox which I use. It does however work in IE7

I would think a link at the bottom of the page is a better idea than relying on people having the default functions on their mouse buttons.
*Looks at mouse and sees only left and right click are set to default*

I would see "tabbing" as an option not an alternative to the bottom of the page link - I would like to see a "go to top" link at the bottom - handy when you follow the "latest post" link to the thread and you need to remind yourself what has been said earlier.

Yeah, I've grown rather accustomed to using "home" but that doesn't remove the problem that I'm forced to using it.
