As a newbie where, & how do I create a new post. Can somone help me please?

To create a new topic go to the top of the appropriate board and select 'Start a Topic'.

To don't see a "create new topic" options...what am I doing wrong?

I joined the community to ask a question and I can't see how to do that...

@Bernie09  go to https://community.plus.net/t5/Forum/ct-p/Forum to see a list of the forum boards (categories) and select the appropriate one for your question. You should then see a 'Start a topic' button near the top of the page
