I set up this forum account at a previous rental property which is no longer relevant to that. I want to close this account so I can create a new one for my new personal account. I can't see an option to do that. The history on this account is not relevant to my current situation.

Isn't it law (GDPR) that you have a forum account delete option? Where is it?

@firstfloor8 If you still have a Plusnet connection, where you live is not relevant, Forum and 'personal' accounts are not linked.

Thank you. I suspected as much but thought there would be a link to my old broadband account. Certainly there is message history relating to it and, ironically, trying to set up w static IP with that one too! 🤣
