Our community is currently down for routine maintenance, and will be back up shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
- Was this routine maintenance or a service falter?
- If routine, is it normal practice to do "routine" maintenance during core hours?
- Was there a blip on the phone lines?
I this was a service falter - then it was good recovery.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
