I never like to post if it has already been posted, but here one can't do that, why? There is no search engine...

There is a search, it's between FORUM and CALENDAR at the top.
A better search is probably adding "site:community.plus.net/forum" to a google query.

This is not what I would regard as the perfect route, could I suggest that you implement Google into your search query just like eBay's.
