Not so much a lot as just odd ones.  Looks like the memory issue was simply bad seating, though I have jet to replace the cover!

Just very odd that some part of the solution did not load ... but not enough to totally croak the pages ... just ever so subtly break bits in an inconsistent manner!

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Happened to me about 2 years ago. One of the memory sticks was faulty and it caused all sorts of weird issues with some websites. It almost felt like the system was running out of resources to properly load pages with a lot of information. Took out the faulty memory and the problem went away. Ended up getting an entirely new rig a few months later anyway.
