Guest permissions / functionality on the forums

Whilst looking at who is doing want this afternoon, I observed...

Is it reasonable that non-registered users should be able to look at other user's details?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

what don't you think they should be able to see? to me there's nothing earth shattering in the profile.

Adie,
I agree there is nothing earth shattering, its more the principle that if you're not prepared to join the club / not indicated your membership, one ought not to be able to see details of members, those details being earth shattering or not.
