Inconsistent board options drop-down lists

I've just come a 'cropper' due to the different sequencing of items on board-level items lists.

The OPTIONS list when looking at a list of TOPICS has "Mark all (on this board) as read" as the second option.
The OPTIONS lists when looking at UNREAD POSTS (if any) on a board has "Mark all posts in the COMMUNITY as read" as the second option.

Having just attempted to sort out one board with an unread count but no items listed from the unread link, I instinctively went to tidy this up by clicking the options button and chose the second link ... now I have no unread items anywhere!

Can the option lists PLEASE be made consistent, with the more "local" options at the top?
