But clearly something has changed as most, if not all, of the failing functionality returned late on the 16th?  The service being supplied has become erratic and unpredictable making reliable fault reporting rather nugatory?

But I took "Khorus have confirmed a bug" as they'd told him what the bug is

(but they don't know when it will be fixed and they couldn't say why it happened)

And even when they do tell me, I'm unlikely to post the exact issue. Unless I'm specifically told by them that it's okay to do so. Once it's resolved I may.
