I'm sure many teaks can be made and will certainly be pressing for them.

It would be great if some kind of compromise between the platforms could be reached somehow.

We wouldn't be able to see the wood for the teak.

I agree about it looking good in Edge on Windows phone as opposed to my desktop although I can't see the Quote button on there.
The Rich Text editor has been disabled for mobiles (only for now we hope) as it's full of bugs at the moment so you'd have to try quoting manually if you wanted to.

... just tried to bookmark the above (quoted) post - not sure what bookmark does, but hopefully can be re-accessed later when I'm checking how to do (whatever).
wasn't able to bookmark (authentication-failure message, know this is an ongoing issue) but wondered if maybe someone could start a new thread into which the moderators (or whatever name they go by, now) could put stuff like the above so that people know how to do the simple stuff.
I know we could all just read-every-post but not everyone has the time to do that : /

How to do various things should be in the FAQ. I started a thread here about the FAQ Help pages, perhaps you could post your comments about lack of info about Bookmarks (and anything else) on there. Because of the Authentication error at the moment you just have to keep trying to bookmark it does work eventually. I though personal bookmarks were supposed to appear in a module somewhere, but at the moment they will certainly be in >My Settings >Subscriptions and Bookmarks >My Bookmarks
And sorry, nearly forgot to say, signing out isn't really any problem as far as the forum is concerned, but if you are on a shared computer, you may not want to stay signed in

Sorry but i have tried now for a couple of days to get acclimatised the the new forum, but i have to say that i think the new layout and format of the forum is absolutely dreadful. Its messy and confusing to navigate your way round.
Maybe i will get used to it but at the moment it's a thumbs down from me sorry.
Sorry to be a grumpy old downer perhaps i'm just getting old 🙂
