No forum verify email

Hi tried to sign up to the community earlier today - got an account set up  and was advised the email address i'd entered would need verifying  - so far so good

despite waiting for the email from pnet  and following it up with 2 or 3 resend attempts  - still not received the verification email

attempted username for the Community  is   moansalot2   - ( working away  from my main PC/account  trying to resolve an archived email issue )

Would appear that the email verification issue has not been fully resolved  😕

I have verified your email for moansalot2.

The forum rules allow for only one forum account. Please let one of the mods know which to close. Bear in mind that we would place a ban on the account do your previous posts can still be seen.

The email address for moansalot2 isn't correct - its domain is plus.com, suspect a typo?

Afternoon all - re typing as seem to have lost the reply I just drafted

Easy bit first   Forum profile  for Moansalot13    - don't recall ever setting that one up  🤔 - so it can be deleted ( assuming it's mine)

2nd bit I just checked email info I entered when setting up "moansalot2"   earlier today - i'm being informed that's an invalid email address  - It's not ! - it's a valid email address for a plusnet FTTC account i have at a property up north  - so not sure why it's coming up as invalid - just sent an email to that addy and it came through ok. -  not sure why verification emails are not being received by that email address.

Think there was potentially a 3rd issue  I'll need to read earlier replies and get back to you.

The email you have entered is p*********@plus.com - I'm pretty sure you don't have access to plus.com emails.
