Yep, @Mook something is screwed - namely the Khorus pre-release testing of their 'updates'.

Re: Plusnet Community "Keep Me Signed In" not working.

I am having to sign in again pretty frequently on Chrome - probably at about 1 hour intervals. This is becoming a bit of a PITA.

Edge seems much more stable.

Now you're not suggesting that we're being used as guinea pigs are you Grin But I've been in and out of here all day yep, I agree something is awry.

I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.3 with FireFox 74.0 if it helps anyone.

@Mook  - if that was directed at me, then yes (partly). The problem for us is that as I understand it, our forum was to a new design at the time, and I'm guessing not many other users are on it, plus Jack did a load of 'optimising' which could get screwed by them fiddling with the core.

It's frustrating I know!

I've escalated this new round of issues but, based on progress on fixing the last batch, I'm not sure anyone is listening.  Cry

It's a new 'Feature' to check if you've fallen asleep at the keyboard or succumbed to this virus thingy?  😎

Re: Your Session has timed out

@MauriceC   No... it`s another "nail in the coffin" for Plusnet, as far as I am concerned...

going to a new supplier, who has email contact for customer service and are re doing their website,

TO INCLUDE LIVE CHAT...

begs the question why a communications company, should restrict and close means of communicating with them...

Re: Your Session has timed out

This happened to me about 4 times yesterday. The most annoying thing was that I could not log back in until I had been rejected 4 or 5 times with the error message " there is no account with that ID.

Strangely it appears to be behaving so far today.

So multiple expired sessions for me this morning so nothing has changed, if anything it's getting worse!

I saw that...... but only because it  had been "moved" by the mods, while I was posting my piece....

Ironically the device which never kept me logged in (safari on iPhone) now stays logged in.
