@bobpullen I believe this is raised to Khoros and a roll back requested to the previous version.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

I assume that it's prioritised like every other minor bug.

They have however emailed me asking for more information.

So a significant impairment of the post creation screen is deemed just a minor bug?

What more information do they need than to look at the live screens and compare then to those on staging where it has been stated that the upgrade tested out fine?

Asking for more information rather than looking for themselves rather feels a lot like Brexit … how can they delay actually doing something?

As a valued customer, I would hope that Plusnet would not need to assume anything and that their supplier will have clearly advised of the urgency they are applying to a deployment change control and QA failure?

There are other issues abound here too - I just sought to quote part of your reply by highlighting it and clicking the quote and the whole of it came across, so I deleted it … and then got left with a double-line in its place - looking at the HTML view, I can see there is a <hr> left behind.
