Site Errors (Slow pages, slow posting, connection reset, uploads failing)

It isn't just the forums, it's the whole community site.

It seems the Community Site was getting bombarded with requests from a single IP address that has now been blocked, hopefully you'll now seen an improvement.

Because I've had the same issue, at the same time, everyday since Thursday.

It's doing it again now.
Just saying 'Connecting' in my status bar. I can pull the pages fine using wget, but from a browser - nothing.

It was inaccessible for around an hour or so for me this morning. Since then it's been ok-ish.
But now it slower than a snail in treacle

Our Network Operations team have had to take further precautionary measures on some more IP addresses, this completed at 12.40 so hopefully that is it sorted.
Let us know if you do continue to see any issues.

I had no problems early this morning and it's all working fine now - hope I'm not tempting fate
@Chris, what problems are you getting from certain IP addresses?

For @ least half an hour I was unable to log in due to this error message

I could log into other websites just fine

We've not seen any issues, and everything looks fine at the minute.
Anybody else had this issue?
