It's next to impossible to login / logout / navigate the Forums right now. It's "stuttering" constantly.

Same here. Seems very intermittent.

I did notice it started to slow down around an hour ago.
A colleague of mine was looking in to this and it went back to normal so I imagine whatever was causing the slow down has been fixed
