Why on earth do we need the 'Latest Plusnet News' section? It doesn't contain any Plusnet News latest or otherwise, just drivel about Joe Bloggs (no wonder he hides his name) views on holidays and exercise. Is there REALLY no news from Plusnet? How about the mass suicide of the email department, or the transfer of all customers service staff to advertising or whatever?
Grmph, Hmph!!

I agree. Only 6 posts in 6 months, none of them could really be classed as News. Even the launch of Plusnet Mobile didn't merit an entry?
At best they are Blog items, but who's interested in a Plusnet opinion on booking Winter holidays?
Wasted effort - Wasted space.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Not only are News and Blog a complete crock you don't even get the opportunity to reply and tell them what a complete crock it is.

Which is clearly why there is no option to reply.

Why are PN staff wasting time on this rubbish, if we want advice about holidays, cooking or anything else we can soon get it from numerous sites.
Must be annoying having to wait any length of time when phoning PN knowing that staff who could be on the phone dealing with your call are wasting their time on this rubbish.

@gleneagles - I kind of agree, but it is possible 'JoeBloggs' is (a) not on the customer care team or (b) doing this in his/her own time.

Well, it does say JoeBloggs is a member of the Plusnet Help Team... though I'm not sure how helpful his blog posts are!

Well if he is then maybe he should consider spending some time here on the forums assuming he’s got space in his diary what with being nearly famous or should that be infamous!
