Re: Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

Still having a timeout on EVERY posting, but success on pressing the <Post> button for a second time after the error message.

I am now getting this -

which does not require a logout, but just carry on browsing and it goes away (for a while)   Angry
(NOTE: ignore the date on my screenshot, I happened to have caught the same error a month ago and am just using the old picture as an example)

A bit worrying that we've had no acknowledgement of the problem from Plusnet!

Re: Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

Yeah the same issues are happening again. I just got a timed out when entering messages today, one about 5 min ago. And I get the session verification message EVERY time I do a "Mark all messages read".
I have never log out set so it shouldn't time me out!  Crazy

Re: Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

This is  GETTING VERY ANNOYING
TWO THREE time-outs replying just now, and when I went back to the unread list there were TWO when there was nearly 20 before.

Re: Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

I am now getting the "Session verification failed" error (as shown in my Reply #15)  EVERY time I click on the <Notify of replies> link.
If I then return to the <Notify of replies> it tells me "Are you sure you wish to enable notification of new replies for this topic?" each time, so the status is not being set to 'send reply' - otherwise presumably I would be getting "Are you sure you wish to disable notification of new replies for this topic?"

Re: Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

Now also getting ""Session verification failed"" when using the <MODIFY> feature !
If just scrolling through a thread and then hitting <MODIFY> causes the error message to appear, then no matter how you go back and try again the error reappears EVERY TIME !
However if you click on the relevant <Reply #nn> link first, then click <MODIFY>, it works as expected !    Crazy
Edit: just a quick test of MODIFY as requested below !
Edit: a second try at modifying

Hi all,
Any further issues seen at all? Seems to be behaving for us today, just wondering if there are any problems still. @purleigh, I know there were issues with quoting seen yesterday as well as modifying - that still happening?

Hi Matt,
I just tried modifying my Reply#22 twice, and it worked normally.
I will try again later.
Edit: but I did get "Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message. " when I tried to post this reply ! - so it's not fixed.

Re: Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

I, too, am using FF 7.0.1.
It seems a very random issue as to when it happens probably making it harder to track down.
Edit.wondering whether this thread should be merged with the original thread?
