in your profile look and layout preferences, try clicking auto detect, still not sure if that is the answer, also check what time and region you are in on your PC clock

Computer is fine as is the time. Profile - done - didn't appear to do anything. So I changed the hours to 2, clicked auto-detect, and it set it back to 0. Doesn't appear to be profile based.
Not a major issue, just appears to be a forum issue.
