community login gone wrong

So i tried to change my password to get to the forume on my old account @Opal

Oh dear it all went a bit Pete Tong

No problem i thought Ill click on the "need help with username & pasword£ thing on the login screen.

Enter you email it says & send

I have done - multiple times - & it says email sent BUT I NEVER GET THEM.....?

SO here we are new community account ..... less than impressed.... something appears bust somewhere?

How do i access my old community account & change the login details to something new?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see you've had issues resetting your password for the Community.

We're aware the Community Mailer isn't sending emails all of the time, which we're working to get to the bottom of.

In the meantime, I believe that you're into your Opal account now?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
