Have we worked out any specific steps to reproduce this yet?

I have no trouble reproducing it, happens every time.
I there anything I could run with a trace included that would give a clue to what goes on?

Here are the specific steps to reproduce this error:
1. In a post made by Kelly click the View Profile button.
2. Click the Email User button
OR (even simpler)
In a post made by Kelly click the Email icon.

That might be the easiest way, or if you tell me what options you have I'll do it on a test one I have as clicking Kelly's email icon is fine for me...

Just to add to the confusion  (or perhaps not):
If I click the email icon shown in my posts (even though my profile is set to hide my email address, which I assume excludes emailing via the form) I get the "you can not send email" error.
However on viewing my profile I can see my own email address (which is fine) and when I click on that Outlook opens displaying a new message window.  So I guess the error occurs only when the form is involved.
Don't suppose it is something simple like members are not permitted to use that form?

Appears fixed to me using Jelv's account. I forgot to tick the permission to let users send email.
