<hr> breaks blog formatting

The There should line up with the All.
Also looking in the source of the page (much blank space removed):

Edit: Looking at other blog posts there seems to be <p></p> missing.

The text after the HR is pushed out left and I think a slightly different font ( or spacing between letters.  I can't remember the name of that.. Kerning?)

Things line up now in the linked blog post. Are the fonts above and below the line supposed to be different?
