552 Spam Message Rejected

Hi there,

I'm contacting you in relation to an email I'm trying to send to a Plus Net email address. It keeps getting rejected with the 552 Spam Message Rejected response. I haven't had any problems sending emails to this address in the past so I'm not sure what has changed. I see there have been other users with this issue in the past.

There are no attachments or links on the email I'm sending, it is simply just text.

Can you please help me try and resolve this? Do I just need to ask the email owner to add my email address to their 'whitelist' if they haven't done so already?

I've copied a portion of the email response I get below (redacted some of it for privacy). Any questions just let me know.

Send the email to an address that you own that can receive it and then send the full headers and email content of the received email to me in a private message. I should be able to help from there.
