Hello Community
Plusnet have hosted my domain name for many years.
My emails to gmail are being returned not delivered. I first noticed this sporadically about 6 months ago but now it seems that all mails to any gmail address are affected. This applies to all my alias accounts. I am happy to provide copies of the returned responses.
I do not have the technical ability to progress solutions for this but correcting it is very important for me.
How can I fix this, please?
I note that I am not alone but haven’t seen any fixes posted.
Thank you for your help.
Peter

If your domain is hosted by Plusnet, then proceed as per this post https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Mail-bouncing-to-gmail/m-p/1907102#M41985
It may take up to 6 hours , but that should add an SPF record to your domain DNS and should allow gmail to accept email from your domain
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
