Hi there, new here so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

Can I have my archived email restored please.  To be honest I'm a bit confused, I know I dont use this email that often (mainly billing lol) but the archive message said my mailbox hasn't been accessed since 2022 - thats not true. 

I phoned the help line and the agent there said he couldn't see the archived message in my mailbox, and didn't seem to know how to proceed, he also did not open a ticket (promised to phone me back and didn't).  He also said I must have another mailbox, which is very confusing as to the best of my knowledge this is the only plusnet email account I have which was given when I first joined plusnet back in 2007/8.  Both my email address and the postmaster (the bills come from) both go into this mailbox,  Any thoughts on this?

I used to have the plusnet mailbox added to my yahoo mail account, but that is apparently not possible now without using the android app on phone first, no good for windows computer.  I can add it to my new outlook (on the computer) but it needs a security code generated .  Can you point me in the right direction to get that.

Dear PlusNet, please could you unarchive the two archived mailboxes for username: sheaffbrooks  ? I'd be happy to receive these archives as a downloadable file if that's simpler. TIA.

The notification to me was at 01:14:35 on Friday 11th October.

Is 'Remaining Mail' everything that's not in 'Maildir-Rachel'?

Three weeks ago I requested that my emails be unarchived. I am still waiting.

Is there any chance of getting this sorted ?

We can't see any evidence of archiving on the account. 

If this was due to inactivity can you send me a screenshot of the e-mail advising this via PM?

Hi, Would it be possible, please, to request the un-archiving of my mailbox, the address begins with ste............. .plus.com. I will then delete messages.

I attempted to delete a number of messages at about 1am this morning when I noticed that I only had messages from 1st August 2024 onwards.

When I checked my inbox again around 8am this morning I noticed that my inbox was empty.
