Apologies if this has been discussed before but is there any chance that we could have an email app for iPad/iPhone? It would be so much better than the Apple Mail app or logging in via a browser.
I think it's unlikely that Plusnet will be releasing their own email app to be honest @Shetland, but you should be able to download other third party mail apps which you should be able to configure your Plusnet account with.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
