Email for globalnet not working today 5th Aug

Emails to username@globalnet.co.uk working ok

Emails to name@username.globalnet.co.uk all fail as it says username.globalnet.co.uk domain does not exist.

As all my contacts use name@username.globalnet.co.uk I am receiving no emails and everyone is getting error messages.

This problem started overnight.

Please can this get fixed asap as it is causing me major problems getting no emails.

I'm really sorry for the issues. 

I've responded to your post over here https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Emails-sent-to-gmail-account-undeliverable/m-p/1882478/highlight... but I have also raised this back to our NetOps team to see what they say.
