Email inbox not syncing

Hi. It's 6 March and my Inbox is stuck at 27 Feb (Windows 10 Microsoft Outlook 365). My email account is IMAP. My webmail looks empty. However my recent emails are appearing on my Android phone where I use the Aquamail app. Any suggestions?

Check the Aquamail app - the description suggests that it is set up as POP3 and is stealing the emails from the server, so that they are not available for the two IMAP clients to sync them to Outlook or the webmail client.

Stop the Aquamail app from retrieving emails.  Send yourself an email using Outlook - verify that it is seen in the inbox.  Re-enable the Aquamail app ... and watch the mail disappear from Outlook.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
