Re: Failed to send Fetch Comand

This is likely a Roundcube (webmail) problem, where the server times out while sorting the mail list.

The previously recommended solution has been to disable sorting of the mail list - that avoids the sorting taking longer than  the timeout period.

If that fails you could use another mail program to access your mailbox.

Re: Failed to send Fetch Comand

I use Roundcube, but not Plusnet's version. On mine there is a "list options" icon at the left hand side of the "Subject" title bar.

That has a set of different options, including a "sorting column" radio button list - just select "none" in that list.

I do use sorting without problems, but my server works 🙂
