Freenetname Pop3 setup in Outlook 2016

I have upgraded to a newer laptop with Windows 10 and Outlook 2016. I tried to set up my freenetname account that I have had for years using the same incoming and outgoing mail servers as my previous setup. When I click on Test Account Settings, I get the error message "The Server responded: 550" followed by my email address. Can anyone advise what the incoming and outgoing mail settings should be for the POP3 account and how I get round this error message as I would like to use Outlook as my email program rather than the plusnet webmail.

That error usually relates to the settings used, can you DM me a copy of the incoming and outgoing settings you are using?
