Hi,
I realise this is an old question I'm sure but I really need someone at plusnet support to restore my emails. I do not seem to be able to find a support email address anywhere and any emails in my mailbox that have a support email address just respond with that mailbox is not monitored.

@Someone Welcome to the forums. There is no 'support email address' - the options for your request are to hope a PN Help Team member picks this up, or you could post the request in the pinned topic at the top of this board.
On a general note, the support options are (in no particular order) - this forum, phone, Twitter or Facebook.

When was the last time you accessed your Plusnet email account? I can;t see any messages on your account which state that your emails have been archived so I'm wondering whether they've been archived due to you not accessing the account in a while.
