New account problems

I accidentally deleted my account when I was updating to a new router. Since then I have been unable to Open a new account With the error message "unstable connection"
I have been on to Plusnet support and they were unable to help. I have done all the usual things of deleting account and starting again and re-entering all the relevant details, Nothing seems to work.

What account?

Configured where?

Deleting an email account whilst doing something with the router does not seem logical - is this on the right board?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Their mail is certainly still active...

I reckon they are referring to deleting their profile on a mail client.

 

@Gaddpaul How do you usually view your emails, is it something like outlook, or another email client?

You will probably need to set up the profile in the client again with your mail details.
