I know that "Linked In" emails forwarded from my Gmail account, are being rejected again by PN malware filters. This doesn't worry me, but I am sure that "Linked IN" is aware of this as they stopped accepting my personal domain, with mail hosted at PN, several years ago. (I note that a few sites have refused to accept it as well. Sometimes this is down to just a badly constructed site, though possibly sometimes they do a quick mx lookup and see that it's PN and reject it.)
One of my daughter's emails me from time to time and we never usually have issues with this. Yesterday she sent me a link to her energy supplier and it was rejected as spam. So she sent the rejection notice from her mail service and that got through including the link. Maybe somebody at PN can explain. Surely PN don't reject just because it has a link and signature as I have received many like that that are unwanted? Here's part of the rejection notice. I can PM the full rejection notice if required, but there is personal information on it so best not on an open forum.

For whatever reason checking the website the browser comes up with an unsafe site message. Ignoring the message the browser is sent straight to www.plus.net login page. This ties in with another post made here yesterday.
Plusnet seems to have decided that if the domain is unsafe then emails from the site must also be suspect.

@Total_Chaos Not really, but when I checked legendgroup.co.uk the site was classed as unsafe so it was possible emails from this domain could be classed as questionable. Checking from a different machine I see the site has no content which may explain the warning message also seen by another member in a different thread Best to ignore my post……..

That domain name is hosted by Plusnet.
If we are talking about Gmail rejecting emails FROM this domain then we are (again) looking at Gmail’s unilateral making mandatory of non-mandatory RFCs on email senders. SPF and DKIM are not mandatory but Gmail is rejecting emails from domains (not to be confused with hosting providers) who implement neither.

Configuring SPF on hosted domains
Some email service providers (notably Gmail) have mandated the SPF & DKIM non-mandatory RFCs on other email providers, such as Plusnet. This can bring about significant difficulty when attempting to send emails from one's own domain name (e.g. me@mydomain.me.uk) to 'gmail.com addresses.
SPF configuration is facilitated by the addition of a TXT record in the domain's DNS settings. Plusnet's DNS configuration tool for hosted domains does not permit the creation of TXT records. However, there is an unsupported "facilitation" which will create an SPF record for a hosted domain.
On the basis that your account ALREADY has a hosted domain, go to Manage Account -> Manage Your Domains -> Configure domain name ... and create an "Additional DNS records (Advanced)" as follows...

Nothing to do with gmail and the addition to the txt file is already in place. It is from a hotmail account.

This is because there is no certificate as no site so there's no https Most browsers will come up with a warning due to that, though we should not take that meaning that the site is blacklisted. That's why I asked if you had posted in the wrong subject as I know my domain is not blacklisted for email. I regularly check it. However occasionally the route mail takes gets blacklisted as it has been used for spam, phishing, etc.
