Plusnet client not picking up emails.

I have recently lost access via Windows live mail 2012 so have tried to use Plusnet client. I have 2 plusnet addresses. It wont work and is not sending or receiving anything. Also no obvious way to send new email message?
Any thoughts please

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your e-mails and for how long it's taken to get back to you.
Are you getting a particular error when you try to send or receive e-mails?
