freenetname/madasafish email probs

Is there an issue with the legacy email service. Im not receiving emails now on my freenetname/madasafish account registered to my domain. When I try logging into the webmail it says server not found.

Afternoon @stephenwood74 just so that we all have a full picture of what's going on, please can you explain in as much detail as possible, the email client that you use and when this all started, and how you have tried to rectify the issue yourself prior to coming on to the forum?
