Accessing CGI webspace

Hi,

  I haven't use the CGI webspace for a long time and wonder how can I access it / set it up. When I select the Plusnet Hosting icon I get redirected to https://hosting.plus.net/portal/?_ga=......

  But it is a empty page.  Any guides available how to setup the CGI space ?

Login for FTP should be something like ftp.ccgi.xxx.plus.com where xxx is your Plusnet host name.

Thank you, but that DNS name ftp... does not exiist for me.

There was a change in 2015/2016 (from memory) to move away from hosting.plus.net.

I'm not sure if you had to raise a ticket to get the new hosting service, but I had raised a ticket (you can't do that any more (raise support ticket)) and received an email from Plusnet advising me of the new hosting service and user access.

Might be worth ringing them up if you need their hosting and have enough patience to hang on the telephone...
